Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PaidTaskPH (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use PaidTaskPH. Each person may hold only one account. We may require email verification before your account can be used.

2. Points

Points are an internal unit of value used on the Platform. They are not currency, are not transferable between users, and have no value outside PaidTaskPH except through the cashout process described in our Refund & Cashout Policy.

3. Completing Tasks

Users may complete tasks listed on the Platform by following the stated rules and submitting proof (typically a screenshot) for review. Points are credited to your balance only after an admin approves your submission. Submissions that do not meet a task's requirements may be rejected without credit.

4. Posting Your Own Tasks

Users may post their own tasks, funded by their points balance. The cost of a posted task is reserved from your balance only once an admin approves and publishes it — posting a task for review does not by itself deduct any points. If a task is rejected, nothing is deducted. If a published task is closed with unfilled slots, the unused portion is automatically returned to your balance. You may not submit to, or otherwise complete, a task you posted yourself.

5. Cashouts

Points may be converted to cash and paid out via GCash or bank transfer, subject to the minimum amount shown in your account. Requested cashout points are deducted from your balance at the time of the request and are processed by an admin. See our Refund & Cashout Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or using more than one account
• Submitting fake, edited, or misleading proof of task completion
• Attempting to complete a task you posted yourself
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Any attempt to defraud other users or the Platform

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. Where an account is suspended or terminated for fraud or abuse, any unredeemed points balance may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the availability of tasks, a particular level of earnings, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaidTaskPH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
