This Privacy Policy explains how PaidTaskPH ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: full name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text)
• Task activity: tasks you post or complete, and screenshots submitted as proof of completion
• Cashout details: your chosen payout method (GCash or bank) and destination account/number
• Basic technical data: such as your IP address and browser, used for security and fraud prevention

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account, including email verification
• To review task submissions and process cashout requests
• To send account-related emails (verification codes, approvals, broadcasts about tasks)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Platform

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as our email delivery provider, to send you account and task notifications), or where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

5. Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@paidtaskph.com. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

6. Security

Passwords are stored using secure hashing, not plain text. Screenshot proof you submit is stored securely and is only accessible to platform admins for review purposes.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

The Platform uses a session token stored in your browser to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Children's Privacy

PaidTaskPH is not intended for individuals under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
